1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Arcs App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 2. Description of the Service Arcs App is a personal goal-tracking and habit-building application that uses gamification elements — including a virtual companion, themes, experience points (XP), levels, streaks, a calendar, achievements, daily journaling, and optional progress photos — to help you track personal goals and habits. All content you create is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you have a parent's or guardian's permission to do so. 4. License Grant Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App; remove proprietary notices; or use the App for any unlawful purpose. 5. Your Content Your journal entries, photos, goal names, and other content you create within the App ("Your Content") remain your own. Because Your Content is stored locally and is never uploaded to us, we claim no ownership rights, license, or access to it. You are solely responsible for backing up Your Content (e.g., via your device's own backup mechanisms). If you uninstall the App, lose your device, or otherwise lose access to your local storage, Your Content may be permanently and irrecoverably lost, and we are unable to restore it. 6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases - The App may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases ("Purchases") to unlock additional features. - Prices are displayed within the App at the time of purchase and are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. - **Auto-renewal**: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. - **Cancellation**: You can cancel a subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We have no ability to cancel or refund a subscription directly, as billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. - **Free Trials**: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, where applicable. - **Refunds**: All billing is handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly through their respective support and refund policies; we are unable to process refunds ourselves. 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App to: violate any applicable law; infringe the rights of others; attempt unauthorized access to the App's code or infrastructure; or interfere with the App's normal operation. 8. Disclaimers Arcs App is intended for general motivational and personal-productivity purposes only. It is **not** a medical, psychological, or therapeutic product, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide advice regarding any physical or mental health condition. The App does not guarantee any particular outcome, behavior change, or result from its use. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Refreshed Web SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. 10. Apple App Store Additional Terms If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you additionally acknowledge that: - These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. - The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. - Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. - In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App. - Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection law. - Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights. - You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. - Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. 11. Google Play Additional Terms If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to Google Play's Terms of Service, and nothing in these Terms restricts any rights Google may have to enforce its own policies against you. 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 29.06.2026 1. Introduction Refreshed Web ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. Arcs App was built with a privacy-first approach: almost everything you create inside the App — your goal, your companion, your streaks, your journal entries, and your photos — stays on your own device and is never uploaded to us or to any server we control. By using Arcs App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 2. Information We Collect 2.1 Data Stored Only on Your Device The following data is created and stored locally in the App's private storage area on your device, and never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up or share it yourself: - Your goal/project name - Your selected companion and theme - Your XP, level, and streak progress - Your calendar history and achievements - Daily journal entries you write (free text) - Progress photos you take or select during check-ins We have no access to this information. It is not transmitted to us, stored on any server we operate, or visible to us in any way. 2.2 Device Permissions The App requests the following permissions: - **Camera and Photo Library** — requested only at the moment you choose to take or attach a photo during a check-in. The App accesses only the single photo you capture or select; it does not browse, scan, or access any other photos on your device. The photo is copied into the App's local storage and is never uploaded. The App does **not** request or access your location, contacts, or microphone. 2.3 Information Processed by Our Subscription Provider If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction itself is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. To verify and manage subscription status, we use **RevenueCat, Inc.** as our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat processes, on our behalf: - An anonymous app-user identifier (not linked to your name, email, or any other personal identifier, since we do not collect those) - Purchase, receipt, and subscription status - General device/technical information (operating system, app version, country code) - Your IP address, used transiently (e.g., for fraud prevention), not retained long-term by us RevenueCat acts as our data processor for this purpose, under a data processing agreement. You can review RevenueCat's own privacy practices at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details — these are handled entirely by Apple or Google as part of your App Store / Google Play account. 2.4 What We Do Not Collect We deliberately built Arcs App to avoid collecting personal data wherever possible. We do **not**: - Require account creation, sign-up, or login - Collect your name, email address, or other contact information - Use any analytics, crash-reporting, tracking, or advertising software (no Firebase, PostHog, Sentry, ad networks, or similar tools) - Operate a backend server that your personal app data is sent to - Sync, back up, or store your data on any cloud service we control 2.5 Sharing Feature If you use the "Share" function inside the App, it opens your device's native share sheet so you can share text (e.g., a streak or achievement) with apps or contacts of your choosing. This only happens when you actively trigger it. No photo is included, and nothing is ever shared automatically. 3. How We Use Information Because nearly all data stays on your device, there is very little for us to "use." The limited information that reaches our subscription provider (Section 2.3) is used solely to: - Verify and manage your active subscription or purchase - Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions - Maintain and improve the reliability of our subscription system We do not use your information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information. 4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users) If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing the limited information in Section 2.3 is the performance of a contract (providing the subscription you purchased) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. 5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA) California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Because we don't maintain accounts or identify you personally, most such requests are satisfied simply by uninstalling the App, which deletes all locally stored data. Data Retention - **Local data** (Section 2.1) is retained on your device until you delete it in the App, uninstall the App, or lose your device. We cannot retrieve this data once deleted. - **Subscription data** (Section 2.3) is retained by RevenueCat per their own retention policies, typically for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. 7. International Data Transfers RevenueCat may process information in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) protect such transfers. 8. Children's Privacy Arcs App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK, where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App requires no account and collects no names or emails, the risk of inadvertently collecting children's data is minimal. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. 9. Security We rely on Apple's, Google's, and RevenueCat's secure infrastructure to protect the limited information processed. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 10. Your Choices - You can review, edit, or delete your journal entries, photos, or progress data at any time within the App. - Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data. - You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. 11.
